What an amazing place.

“What an amazing place. Hummingbird Cottage was perfect for our family of 6 to spend Christmas. We loved the pool and mostly private beautiful beach just a short walk away. You could hear the ocean at night while laying in bed and could see it while standing on the front porch. The rooms and home were very nice and clean. But the best part of Hummingbird Cottage was Tatty, the cook and caretaker of the house. She made us breakfast and dinner each day and made up our rooms. We provided her with some meal choices and also asked her to get us some groceries and she took care of everything. Everything she made was delicious. The communication was excellent. Annie, who helped arrange everything, including transportation to and from the airport, was great. Treasure Beach, which is where Hummingbird Cottage is located is a beautiful, welcoming community. It is off the beaten path and not overly touristy, but there is still plenty to do. We took a boat trip to Floyd’s Pelican bar, which is a must (and Tatty helped arrange it). We also visited YS Falls and the Appleton Rum Plantation. Overall, what a great place to stay. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants an amazing Treasure Beach vacation.”
